Marc’s legal practice primarily focuses on real estate and business transactions, whether representing the buyer, seller, or lender in the transaction.  Marc also assists his clients with condominium conversions, zoning, and land use matters, establishing various corporate entities. He also represents a number of Rhode Island’s best family-owned and operated restaurants and food trucks. Marc is also there to help individuals and families who need simple wills, trusts, estates, and healthcare proxies.

A graduate of Cranston High School East, Marc went on to get his Bachelor’s at Skidmore College and Law Degree from Brooklyn Law School. Marc is a lifelong Rhode Islander who is actively involved in supporting the community and has served on a variety of boards.
