ABOUT
Marc Gertsacov has been providing the highest quality legal representation to his clients for over 20 years. Formerly with the Law Office of Ronald C. Markoff (2003-2021) and Roberts, Carroll, Feldstein & Pierce (2021-2024), Marc has opened his own law office and is ready to serve you!
Marc’s legal practice primarily focuses on real estate and business transactions, whether representing the buyer, seller or lender in the transaction. Marc also assists his clients with condominium conversions, zoning and land use matters, establishing various corporate entities, and also represents a number of Rhode Island’s best family owned and operated restaurants and food trucks. Marc is also there to help individuals and families who need simple wills, trusts, estates, and healthcare proxies.
A graduate of Cranston High School East, Marc went on to get his Bachelor’s at Skidmore College and his Law Degree from Brooklyn Law School. Marc is a lifelong Rhode Islander who is actively involved in supporting the community and has served on a variety of boards.
